Over the last decade, Mr. Ridgway has structured and negotiated the design/build and validation of manufacturing facilities, including biopharmaceutical facilities, in Singapore, California and Oregon, with an aggregate construction value of over $1 billion. He has also facilitated the closing of corporate and real estate acquisitions with an aggregate value of over $200 million, and has negotiated the leasing of over one million square feet of space throughout the United States, London and Singapore. Mr. Ridgway received his undergraduate degree from Loyola Marymount University, where he was nominated as valedictorian and received the Scholar Award. Mr. Ridgway received his law degree from the University of San Francisco, where he received the Cali Award for his achievements in the study of law. Mr. Ridgway is also personally licensed as a California Real Estate Broker (not affiliated with Cooper, White & Cooper LLP). Mr. Ridgway is a consulting and update author of the "Green Building" chapter of the CEB publication California Construction Contracts, Defects, and Litigation, is a contributing author of the California Real Property Law Reporter, and is a presenting speaker on advanced lease analysis. He currently serves as a board member and officer of the Northern California Chapter of CoreNet Global. |
