What this site does and does not collect.
CWC Law is a reading publication. The pages do not ask for any personal information: there is no contact form, sign-up, account, comment box, or payment, and the site does not run analytics or third-party trackers.
Links to other sites
Guides link to primary and educational sources — for example, government code sections and the Cornell Legal Information Institute. Those links open the publishers’ own websites, which are outside our control and have their own privacy practices. We suggest reviewing their policies when you visit them.
Hosting and logs
This site is hosted on Vercel. Hosting services may process technical information, such as IP addresses and server request logs, to deliver and secure the site. CWC Law does not add analytics or advertising trackers. This notice will be updated if the site’s data practices change.
