What this site asks for, and what its hosting may process.
CWC LAW is a reading publication. The pages do not ask for any personal information: there is no contact form, sign-up, account, comment box or payment, and the site runs no advertising trackers.
Hosting and logs
This site is hosted on Vercel and delivered through Cloudflare. These services may process technical information, such as IP addresses and server request logs, to deliver and secure the site.
Page-view measurement
Cloudflare adds its Web Analytics script to pages served on cwclaw.com. It counts page views and measures how quickly pages load, using the browser’s Performance API. Cloudflare states that Web Analytics “does not collect or use your visitors’ personal data.” CWC LAW does not add advertising trackers or set its own cookies. This notice will be updated if the site’s data practices change.
Links to other sites
Guides link to primary and educational sources, such as court self-help pages, government agencies and the Cornell Legal Information Institute. Those links open the publishers’ own websites, which are outside our control and have their own privacy practices.
